Iron Spotted Cups
In the beautiful white procelain from Jingdezhen it can sometimes happen that the iron hidden inside the clay will show it self after firing. It will react with the glaze and this gives a metal looking spot on the item.

These items become rejects. These examples I saved from being destroyed. Instead of seeing the spots as defects I treated them as valuable and accentuated them with luster.
